Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 15, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of services by The Social Edit by Jules (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer a range of creative and digital services, including but not limited to:
- Social media management and strategy
- Google and Meta ad management, data analytics and reporting
- Web design and development
- Branding and creative design
The scope of services for each project will be outlined in a consultation, proposal, or written confirmation of the project.
2. Payment & Deposits
- For certain services, a deposit may be required. This will be clearly stated during the consultation and/or in the post-consultation proposal and confirmation of the project.
- All payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
- In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to social media accounts, websites, or other delivered materials until outstanding payments are received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Ongoing services (e.g., retainers, monthly management) may be canceled with at least two weeks (10 business days) written notice.
- Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the upcoming service period.
4. Ownership of Content
- All creative content, designs, and deliverables remain the sole property of The Social Edit by Jules until payment is received in full.
- In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to remove or revoke access to all delivered content until outstanding balances are paid.
5. Portfolio Use & Confidentiality
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects, designs, or creative work in our portfolio, on our website, or on our social media channels.
- If the work contains identifiable images of you or your team (e.g., faces), we will obtain your explicit permission before public use.
- All sensitive business information shared with us during the course of the project will remain confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, engagement, or revenue). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Colorado courts.
8. Agreement
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
